Clevertouch | CleverLive | Native Video Player option

For those who are experiencing video playing issues, or just want this in your standard setup, we have now implemented a tool which allows you to play presentation videos using the native video player of your digital signage. 

Prerequisite: your player must be running the latest CleverLive update, which at this time is 3.11.47

1. Log-in to your CleverLive account on your PC
2. Go to "Screens" on the top of the page
3. Enter the the screen's options using the edit icon on the bottom right of the screen:
   
4. Next, press "Advanced"
5. Then, find the option to "Play presentation videos with native video player" here:
