Clevertouch | CleverLive | Issues with Azure's permissions when using Office365

“The change was that I granted the Admin consent on the Azure application for the org.

Individual User consent was present for the Room Booking account so this shouldn't have been necessary but with the Graph changes MS are making, it could be a new requirement.

Everything was showing as successful from the 365 side so a bit hard to locate the precise issue permissions wise.”

1. Go to the Clevertouch Azure Application in the tenant under 'App Registrations'
   
   
2. Go to 'API Permissions' and then select the 'Grant Admin Consent for <Organisation Name>'
   
   
   
3. Accept the pop-up that appears and then it should be granted.
