Finding the new summary page

1. Log into your CleverLive account here: https://www.cleverlive.com/
2. From the homescreen, go to:
   
    
3. Scroll down to find the new summary page options:
   

What are the new functionalities?

The new functionalities allow you to create a summary page with the information you would like to show. The different options are details below:

1. View Summary Page - this allows you to view the summary page you are customising below
2. Company Logo - this allows you to upload a company logo to display on the summary page
3. Background - this allows you to upload a background to display on the summary page
   Recommendation - try using 1920 x 1080 backgrounds and make sure they are JPG or PNG.
4. Columns - this allows you to customise what is shown on the table which displays the rooms in your system
   1. Time - the time of the meeting
   2. Subject - the subject line of the meeting
   3. Organizer - who organised the meeting 
5. Show All Headers - this means this will show all the above headers above the columns
6. Show only available rooms - this means if a meeting room is not booked, it will not show on the summary

What are the new customisable options? 

1. Header Option - allows for what you want to show on the summary header:
   
    
2. Size Option - how large you want the information to be displayed:
   
    
3. Font Option - to customise the font from the choices below:
   
    
4. Font Colour Option - to change the colour of the font based on the background:
   
    
5. Room Sort Option - to change how you would like the rooms sorted in the summary:
   
    
6. View Option - how detailed you want the information to be in the summary:
   
    
7. Page Interval Time - how fast the page refreshes:
   
    
8. Timezone - what Timezone are the Rooms in question:
   

After this, make sure you press the "Save" button underneath this to save the changes made above.

How do I add this to my presentation?

1. Right click on the "View Summary Page" button on top of the options you've just made:
   
    
2. Copy and paste the URL from this page:
   
    
3. Paste it into a "Chrome" or "IE" zone's URL box in a presentation.
4. From here, it will show the summary page. 
    

What if I want to use the previous summary pages before you implemented this change?

We haven't removed the option to use the previous summary pages, they can still be found above the new summary page options:
