Once logged into your newly created CleverLive Admin account you can choose to add more users to the account to manage multi user access to Lynx Whiteboard via CleverLauncher. Each created user will be able to have their own Lynx Whiteboard profile to manage their files and saved content as desired using their CleverLive account credentials.
- To begin login to your CleverLive account with your admin account.
- Click on the Users icon on the homepage.
- Click on the purple button “Create new user”
- Complete the form, filling out all the required fields to create the new guest user. You can also choose at this point also to include an optional profile picture for the guest user which will be used on the CleverLauncher sign in screen on your Clevertouch product. Click on the purple “Create” button to complete the creation of a new guest user.
- Repeat the above process for every guest user you wish to create within your organization / school.
- User profiles can be managed at any time by returning to the Users section of CleverLive and clicking on the icon of a person beside the appropriate user you wish to edit / update.
