This guide is to walk you through how to create your intitial (Admin) account. This will be the main user admin.
Our recommendations for this account can be found at the bottom of this guide*
- Visit www.cleverlive.com and click on “Sign Up” in pink text within the “Sign In” box
- Fill out all the fields in the sign up form as required. Password must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least one of each of the following: capital letter, small letter, number and special character.
- Complete the reCAPTCHA and click on “Sign Up” at bottom of the form.
- If the form has been completed correctly an email will be sent to the address used in the sign up form. Open the email received from “noreply@cleverlive.com” with subject “Confirmation Instructions” and click on the link “Confirm my account” to verify your account and complete the sign up process
*Our recommendations for this account:
- This account should be a general email address so if the current admin leaves your business, you can still use CleverLive.
- Keep a note of the login information for this account somewhere, and keep this secured
- Only provide Admin access to those who need it, otherwise, use the Permissions Editor to assist with providing permissions to other users.
