Clevertouch | CleverLive | Using Announcements and Alerts

1. Select the Screens tab from the main menu
   
2. Select the announcements icon
   
3. Drag a presentation to the screen, set the duration and click send.
   
4. To send an alert select the alerts icon and drag the presentation to the screen
   Note: The presentation will play until a cancel message is dragged to the screen
