Step1: If you enable MFA but lose your mobile phone, delete your authenticator app, or for any other reason lose access for the ability to create the 6-digit MFA code, you will be locked out of your account. As this is the Owner Account there are only 2 ways to regain access to your account.
Step2: When you enable MFA, you will see a page containing 10 off, single use recovery codes. Store these in a very secure location as you can use these to regain access to your account (up to 10 times). Once you close the page showing these codes you will not be able to use these codes again.
Step 3: Contact Support.
You will be asked for proof of identity and this may incur a charge.
