For those wanting to upgrade to Windows 11 on an OPS PC which is still running Windows 10, please see the downloads below:
Before completing these steps, please turn off the power of the screen, to shut both the OPS and screen down before removing the device from the screen to find the information needed.
If the serial number on your device starts with MT, this will not be compatible with your PC, as this is not an OPS PC, this is a Blade PC.
Please be aware that if your device is not within the 1 year OPS warranty, Clevertouch are not responsible for replacing the faulty device, with the only option to resolve this, will be a purchased replacement.
The best way to identify which unit you have is to look at the label on the device and then confirm using the Serial Suffix and CPU generation. To find this, power off the screen, then unscrew and pull out the OPS from the screen, and then find the sticker on the chassis with the long serial number underneath the bar code.
The picture below is an example of what the ticker you're looking for will look like:
The below tables show which model your OPS is for the latter BIOS downloads beneath. When "Serial Prefix" is noted in the table below, please be aware this is not the 6 digit serial number but the serial listed on the sticker above, underneath the barcode. Please also be aware you should always cross-check the serial prefix and CPU generation before proceeding.
If your label does not correlate with the above table, please log a support ticket here.
| BIOS Code | Download |
| S064 | BIOS UPDATE |
| S064P | BIOS UPDATE |
To install this file, download this file to your OPS PC, extract the ZIP file to the desktop, and then run the .BAT file as Administrator. After this, the BIOS update should have been implemented, and after a reboot, be ready for the installation of Windows 11.
