Before downloading the driver pack you need, please see the below instructions to find which driver pack is compatible with your OPS PC:
Before completing these steps, please turn off the power of the screen, to shut both the OPS and screen down before removing the device from the screen to find the information needed.
Find this sticker on the chassis of the OPS PC. In the red circled outline, above the barcode of the white sticker, you should be able to see "S084", that would correspond with the "S084"* pack below.
*In cases where there are variations, such as: "S064-i7" - you would still use the S064 driver pack, as the "S064" is in the code.

If your PC doesn't covey the list of devices above, please use the next steps:
These steps will only comply with OPS PCs with the serial number starting with OP - if your PC does not start with this, please use the link at the bottom of the email to raise a support case with the team to identify what PC you have.
- Open task manager
- Go to "Performance"
- Click on "CPU"
- From here, there will be a detailed description of the CPU of your OPS PC - there will be two options:

From here, you will have the latest drivers available for your OPS PC.
