To find the serial number of your Digital Signage player, find the player itself and then look on the chassis of the device to find the 6 digit serial number on a white sticker with a bar code:

Please note that the ISD serial number above the white sticker with the correct 6 digit code is not applicable to our records, so we insist you provide the 6 digit code when raising a support case with the team.
