Connecting Screen To CleverLive Account
Before completing the steps below, please make sure that the app versions are up to date using this article here.
- On your CleverTouch screen, open the CleverLive application and click on the “Click Here To Get Connected” button. On your CleverTouch screen you should see a Pin code in white text within a pink box.
- In a browser on your computer navigate to: www.cleverlive.com/screens
- After logging in with admin account you should be presented with the screens management dashboard. This can also be reached by clicking on the screens icon in the top navigation bar when logged into your CleverLive account.
- Click on the plus icon to within the dashed box to add a new screen to your account.
- Enter the Pin visible on your CleverTouch screen then click on submit.
- Your CleverTouch screen should now begin to sync with and download all the content associated with your CleverLive account. This may take a few minutes depending on how many Launchers you have created. Once complete, the section above the settings gear icon on the CleverLive application should change from a cloud with the message “Updating Content” to a downward arrow based icon with the message “Content Synchronised”
