Clevertouch | MDM | MDM OTA Functionality

Please see below for the instructions to carry out an OTA update from the MDM platform:

Before carrying out the below, please make sure you have the correct details from our firmware tool here. 

Accessing Over the air updates (OTA)

1. Select Repositories

2. Select OTA

3. Select Add New

​

4. Fill out all details, select confirm when finished.

Editing an existing OTA setting

1. Select the Pen icon

​

2. Edit the details accordingly, select confirm when finished

​

Sending the OTA command to Screen(s)

1. Select the device(s) by checking the box on the left-hand side

​

2. Select More Actions

​

3. Select OTA

​

4. Select the appropriate OTA, select Apply

​

Please keep in mind that your screen needs to be on the latest version of firmware for:

1. The OTA functionality to work
