The group system allows for a "host" screen to host the group and usually the stream to other screens running the Clevershare app. Please see the guide for this below:
- Open the Clevershare app on your Clevertouch screen you would like to be the "host":
- Then press "Menu" and then press "Screen Group":
- Then you will be greeted with this screen, press "Create Group"
- From here, you will have a screen that looks like this:
- Now we can go to the next screen you would like to have as the recipient of the host screen:
- Press "Menu" and then press "Screen Group":
- Now you should see the same screen as you did in step 3, however this time press "Join Group":
- Now a screen will appear like the below, usually you can place the 6 digit code that's on the host screen to connect, however if you wait a little bit for the connection to establish, the screen will appear on the list below the code input:
- After the connection is established, and you either connect via the code or the "Connect and Join" button, you should see this:
- Now back on the host screen, you have the following options:
The options are as follows:- Broadcast - this will broadcast the "Main" screen to the recipient screens.
- Share to main screens - this will share the recipient's screen to the Main screen

Share to group - this will share the recipients screen to all the screens within the group
- Now, you will be able to for example, broadcast the Main screen to the recipient screen:
Now from here, there are a couple of different options on how to use this:
- You can use the Screenshare functionality to share to multiple screens at once within the same room wirelessly
- You can use this to display a presentation to a group of screens at the same time
- You can use this for dynamic learning with multiple screens in the same room
