Clevertouch | IMPACT LUX | Why do I need to re-enter my PIN when configuring NFC

If the user was created on firmware released prior to January 2024, you may be asked to re-enter the users PIN when assigning an NFC card. You will only be asked to do this once, and the process is as follows:

1. Open the “Multiple users” page as shown below. Select “Add NFC”.
   
   
   
2. Enter the PIN.
   
   
   
3. After entering the PIN, the system will make a link between your PIN and the NFC card ID number allowing you to tap to sign in.
