To resolve this issue, please go back into the application from the homescreen (or press the white circle with the 6 squares to go to the app menu), and go into the settings. If you do not know how to get to the CleverLive application settings, please log a support ticket here.
After this, make sure the following settings are turned on:
- Start with OS - ✔
- Use as Digital Signage - ✔
If the issue is still present, please make sure that you use the "Check for new software updates" button to make sure you're on the latest version of the CleverLive app.
The current version at the time of writing this is 3.11.33.
